JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-:
This position serves as a customer advocate, providing guidance and assistance to the insurance buying public by answering questions and resolving problems relating to personal lines auto and residential property insurance.
This position handles Alternative Dispute Resolution Program requests including commercial residential mediation, automobile mediation, residential mediation, and sinkhole neutral evaluation.
Applies research and problem-solving techniques in order to accomplish the objectives of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs.
Answers questions received via incoming calls and email regarding the Alternative Dispute Resolution programs.
Provides guidance to consumers regarding insurance matters by analyzing and reasoning with information and data to make decisions and solve problems.
These processes involve making decisions about the relative importance of information and choosing the best solution.
Assigns mediators and neutral evaluators for scheduling of conferences.
Oversees compliance of Rules and Statutes by the mediators and evaluators.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8 am to 5 pm
