JOB DUTIES: Functions in an application development role at an advanced level and serves as consultant to higher level supervisory and/or administrative personnel in the planning of application development.
Prepares program specifications and writes database and .
NET application programs from these specifications utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio components such as ASP, ASP.
NET, HTML, C#, Java Script, Angular, Bootstrap and as well as Oracle and SQL Server databases or other programming languages or databases acquired or utilized by the division.
Develops low code/no code templates for data collection and processing using Power Apps or Mi-Corporation formerly Mi-Forms.
Maintains, creates and enhances current database structures, procedures, packages and other objects, and application graphical user interfaces developed for the division.
Runs database queries, reports and analyzes data for upper level management.
Coordinates and participates in the administrative and technical work of project teams in systems planning, information needs assessments, functional and non-functional needs assessments and systems analysis.
Prepares Information Technology Lifecycle (ITLC) documentation and coordination.
Generates reports utilizing Report Writer, Mi-Analytics, Power BI or SSRS other reporting tools.
Recommends and monitors priorities for application development.
Assures completeness and accuracy of the systems design, programming and implementation.
Performs other systems related duties.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of accounting and/or the principles, practices and techniques of computer programming and systems analysis design.
Knowledge of computer flowcharting techniques.
