Maverc Technologies is seeking an Applications Architect to support one of our State Agency customers.
*Job Duties and Responsibilities *
* Create and manage system designs, daily in the time indicated on the work tickets assigned by the Department, for system feature enhancements or additions and bug fixes, to be applied as application code.
* Modify and create application code and database code, daily as work tickets are assigned by the Department.
* Troubleshoot and determine resolutions to system issues and bugs identified by the Department’s HMS Support group and the Applications Management team, daily as work tickets are assigned by the Department.
* Facilitate version control of all application and database structure changes, daily as work tickets are assigned by the Department, for application releases of system feature enhancements or additions and bug fixes.
* Provide analytical services to ensure requirements, policies, procedures, and standards are being applied by the Department’s Applications Development Team and operational efficiencies are maintained to implement user-defined requirements, daily in the time indicated on the work tickets assigned by the Department, for system feature enhancements or additions and bug fixes.
* Provide work estimates, communication, and updates for Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Scrum, daily in the time indicated on the work tickets assigned by the Department, to implement system feature enhancements or additions and bug fixes.
* Document application modifications and additions, daily in the time indicated on the ticket as coding tasks are assigned by the Department, and store in the Department’s HMS documentation repository.
* Complete job-required training as assigned by the Department.
Completion verification may include certificates, sign-in sheets, and/or verification via the Department's Learning Management System.
*QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE *
* 5 years of demonstrated experience with implementing Health Care Systems.
* 5 years of demonstrated experience with FDOH, HMS or other Clinic Management and/or, Electronic Health Record software.
* 5 Five years of demonstrated experience with the development of web-based applications utilizing Intersystem Cache (CSP and/or Zen), .
Net, Java.
* 5 years of demonstrated experience with Agile software development, project management, and testing practices.
* 5 years of demonstrated experience with object-oriented techniques.
* 5 years of demonstrated experience using SQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript and, Jquery.
* Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
* 3 years of demonstrated experience as project lead.
* 3 years of demonstrated experience with developing and mentoring.
*Education:* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
Or equivalent work experience.
*Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Pay: $115,000.
