Early Childhood Teacher

```Duties``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns ```Skills``` - Classroom management: Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment - Special education: Knowledge of special education strategies and techniques to support children with special needs in the classroom - Education: Strong background in early childhood education or related field, with knowledge of child development principles and best practices - Tutoring: Ability to provide one-on-one support and assistance to children who may need extra help or guidance in specific areas - Behavior management: Skill in managing challenging behaviors and promoting positive behavior in the classroom - Experience with children: Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting - Physical education: Knowledge of age-appropriate physical activities and ability to incorporate physical education into daily routines - Childcare: Understanding of the unique needs of young children and ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment - Child welfare: Awareness of child protection policies and procedures, as well as the ability to ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
