Job Summary:
Simplify Compliance is searching for Learning Management Systems (LMS) Specialist to join our team as the subject matter expert supporting our internal and external clients using our learning platforms.
This role serves as a learning technology subject matter expert and requires that the candidate interact daily with clients and team members.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Support LMS related sales questions as needed through Task Central, RFPs, etc.
Respond to LMS support tickets
Support the implementation and launch of custom LMS instances
Communicate LMS features and functionality to internal and external clients, including but not limited to updating user guides, recording video tutorials, and providing sales training
Consult with clients to design custom reports
Support the LMS team with client migrations from differing learning platforms within our learning technology stack
Collaborate with internal teams to help successfully launch new clients into our learning platforms
Document processes and details regarding instances, organizations, or issues as needed
Assist in the development and maintenance of a repository of LMS documentation.
Report issues and request enhancements with LMS provider
Interface with the Technical Solutions Advocates team on advanced LMS troubleshooting issues.

The Individual:
A minimum of 1 year of learning/technology project management preferred
Experience with SAP Litmos LMS preferred
Teamwork Oriente
Strong Communicator
Experience in LMS Setup, Administration, Troubleshooting
Proven technology troubleshooting skills
Qualifications:
A minimum of a year of learning technology administration with LMS, LXP, LRS, LCMS
