```Duties```
- Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and community amenities
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks on applicants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly completed
- Collect and process rental payments from residents
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and unit turnovers
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests
```Qualifications```
- Experience with property management software (e.
g.
, Yardi, OneSite)
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to maintain organized files and documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism and tact
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of facilities management practices is preferred
