AT&T; Retail Sales Associate

Sales Associate Duties: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives Requirements: - Previous experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or technical sales is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Customer-focused with a positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with customers - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions We offer competitive compensation, including commission opportunities, as well as ongoing training and development to support your success as a Sales Associate.
