We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team and help oversee the operations of our Edible Arrangements franchise.
The ideal candidate will be responsible, punctual, and possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
They should thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at working both independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Sales-oriented individuals with a drive to achieve targets are highly encouraged to apply.
\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*
- Assist the store manager in daily operations, including preparing and arranging fruit bouquets, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members to uphold company standards and deliver top-notch service to customers.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses, and assist in preparing reports as needed.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times to ensure the quality and freshness of our products.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among team members.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is advantageous.
