This position will be a key contributor for process optimization and continuous business improvement.

Essential Duties: Development of business requirements Analysis of business processes and systems Creation and execution of test plans Documentation of solutions Communication of project deliverables Supporting Help Desk tickets and Change Management processes Consult with internal customers to understand and document their requirements.
Troubleshoot user application issues, identify, and report software faults.
Test, document and coordinate the installation of changes according to approved business requirements.
Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company as required.
Develop, document and revise work instructions, test procedures, and quality standards, utilizing the Click Learn documentation system.
Provide training to end users for newly released functionality and new system releases.
Be the trusted advisor for IFS.
Proficient in Rentals, Service and Maintenance and Manufacturing IFS modules is essential.
Knowledge in all other IFS modules is a plus.
Responsible for coordination, standardization, and maintenance of IFS Processes.
Understanding of mobile and remote warehousing is a plus.
Understanding of multi-company and multi-site is a plus.
Required Skills: Strong functional experience with IFS Applications Working knowledge of project lifecycle Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment Proficient/Expert in MS Office Suite Ability to successfully engage and interact with both IT and the business Ability to work in decentralized team environment and communicate using virtual communications tools (phone, conferencing, web meetings, etc.
) Self-starter that does not need to wait for instructions; takes actions to achieve goals Consults with the IFS team prior to deploying new functionality Ability to differentiate between business needs vs business wants Experience in negotiations, influencing others without authority Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experience: 3+ years as Business Systems Analyst supporting a Manufacturing environment with IFS Applications Physical Requirements Limited manual dexterity required.
Work requires infrequent physical effort.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing ladders/steps, reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, bending, grasping, listening.
Working Conditions and Hazards: Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions.
From time to time, slightly disagreeable features.
Negligible/little or no exposure to hazardous conditions.
Occasional travel required.
